Scorpio January 2016

31 January

Listen carefully to what is being said around you. As difficult as it may be, don;t get involved: just listen. There's some very important information flying about.

30 January

Pushing your own personal agenda may come quite naturally to you but it puts other people under strain--and so they act accordingly. Try a bit of sweetness and light today.

29 January

Today is one of those days when your imagination gets the better of you. Seriously, no one is talking about you behind your back and if they are, so what?

28 January

You have a great burst of energy for socialising and networking. Get in there and get connecting with influential people.

27 January

While everyone else is off having fun, you're left with the responsibilities. Don't be annoyed--think of the opportunities!

26 January

Open communication is not your strong point but yet today, you may feel you are being forced to reveal your dead. Smile as you spill.

25 January

We all know you have plans for your ambitions. But is it such a great idea to revel your feelings about how you would like to proceed?

24 January

You will be launched into the limelight today. Put your best face forward and get ready to beam for the cameras.

23 January

Focus on what you say--folks are paying far more attention than you have realised. Remember what the say about the sledgehammer and the walnut.

22 January

Over the next month, you will be investigating events from your past. Understanding your past can help you find your path for the future.

21 January

You feel you should be doing something but may not be able to work out what exactly. Also, you may feel insecure but not know what to do about it. Things will become clearer soon.

20 January

You got it all going on today. But do try to keep communication as open as possible. With you, there is always the temptation to conspire.

19 January

You have lots to do today. Just remember not everything needs to be done by sundown--and also remember there are others who will lend a hand if needed.

18 January

Be nice today. There are some very sensitive people around you who need your sympathy, not your impatience.

17 January

Go on and let your imagination run wild. Put pen to paper and get it out of your system. It's about time!

16 January

It's time to put your money where your mouth is. Some people definitely need to be shown who's the boss.

15 January

Freedom of speech. Does that mean saying anything you want irrespective of who may be hurt? Or does it mean you should be free to use your powerful voice to help others?

14 January

You've been wondering how you can pull everything together with so many difficult people to work with. Just remember folks like to be thanked for the things they do.

13 January

Romances are complicated, finances are complicated. And nothing seems like it matches up. You have your work cut out for you today.

12 January
Telling someone they have not done the job they're meant to do is always difficult. Start with trying to understand their situation and then proceeding with sensitivity.

11 January

Keep your temper in check today. No one appreciates temper tantrums--especially yours which can be quite vicious and vindictive indeed.

10 January

As you well know, words have power: they can heal, soothe or do some serious damage. During this new moon phase, listen to your voice and feel what it's doing.

9 January

On this final day before a powerful new moon, it is a good idea to think about your next moves. Are you in control or is someone or something controlling you?

8 January

Who's a hot head today? You are. And totally oversensitive. Keep calm and stop letting little things get to you.

7 January

What can ruin a potentially good day out? You fussing over the cost. Either fork out and be quiet about it or don't bother.

6 January

All work and no play might make you dull but at least it makes you money. Get in there.

5 January

Everyone knows your words can pack a punch. Just make sure you don't say the wrong thing to the wrong person--it could cost you money.

4 January

It's your kind of day. Everyone is on edge, nervous and paranoid. And you can think of one thousand ways of exploiting this.

3 January

If you're feeling a little, um, angry then try some physical exercise to blow off some steam. Holding on to anger is never a good thing.

2 January

Time to count your money again? This time you might actually have a very good excuse to enjoy what you have. So got ahead and count it again.

1 January

You are known for your need for privacy but this month, it becomes more apparent that you need space to sort out your thoughts. For those Scorpios who like to write, this is a good month to focus on getting these thoughts down on paper. There are, of course, other avenues for personal expression: composing music, spending time in reflection and meditation and/or even quietly giving of your time to others can all serve to help you prioritise your needs and deal with inner conflicts. The New Moon on 10 January is a particularly auspicious time to separate the important from the superfluous. Ensure you are focused on those activities that improve communications—you cannot maintain your strong need to be alone for extended periods of time. Coming out of that formidable mental fortress can seem scary but it must be done. The Full Moon on the 24 January will show you how you can express your emotions without feeling over exposed.
